Returns and Exchanges
 
Every Viteliuss loafer is made to order for you. For this reason, our policy focuses on fit and quality. Please read it before placing your order.
 
Confirm your size first
Before your pair goes into production, you can confirm your size with us. Write to info@viteliuss.com with your foot length and your usual US size, and we will reply before production begins. Our Size Guide lists every EU and US size with foot length.
 
Leather Loafers: one size exchange
- We offer one size exchange per order within 14 days of delivery.
- The pair must be unworn outdoors, in its original condition, with its box and dust bag.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. Your new pair is made to order and shipped to you at no extra cost.
- Because each pair is made for you, loafers are not eligible for a refund for change of mind or sizing.
 
Apparel
Apparel is made to order and is not eligible for return or exchange for sizing or change of mind. Please review the size chart on each product before ordering.
 
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, write to us at info@viteliuss.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
 
How to start an exchange
1. Write to info@viteliuss.com with your order number and the size you need.
2. We will send you the return address and instructions.
3. Returns sent without authorization cannot be accepted.
 
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
 
Final sale
Items marked Final Sale and gift cards are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
