Returns/Exchanges

At Viteliuss, each item is made with intention and crafted upon your decision to carry the message. Because every piece is made to order, we uphold a return policy that respects both quality and purpose.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • It must include original packaging and tags.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Photos of the item from multiple angles may be requested for evaluation.

Returns are only accepted for:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Noticeable imperfections

  • Incorrect items

Returns for wrong sizing are not accepted. All size charts are listed clearly — please measure your foot carefully before placing an order.

How to Request a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Email info@viteliuss.com with your order number, reason for return, and item photos if applicable.

  2. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Do not send returns without authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, a store credit will be issued for use on a future purchase.

  • Only items returned due to manufacturer defects or confirmed production errors are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If 15 business days have passed and you haven't received your refund, contact us at info@viteliuss.com.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item or size (if available), please:

  1. Request a return following the process above.

  2. Place a new order for the item you want after your return is approved.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

  • Items marked Final Sale, on promotion, or clearance are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@viteliuss.com with photos of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it promptly.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the return. If the gift wasn’t marked as such, or if it was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be sent to them.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • If returning an item valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

Orders Outside the U.S.

Customers in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for eligible items, as per EU regulations. All other return conditions still apply.
